It is proposed that the project is joint venture between the investors 40% and The Subdivision Company (TSC) 60% or negotiated agreement. TSC will carry out the whole project from land purchase, planning, building, marketing to completion of sales. At the completion of the project the investor can negotiate to take their share of the cash surplus or keep one house to the equivalent value. If the investor takes one house it could be rented as an investment or kept as a holiday home. TSC are very experienced in carrying out these types of subdivisions in the Auckland area.
